Abstract

The current level of trade of AI and telecommunications has generated a growing need to generate, as with other aspects, a harmonized regulation between the legislations of different countries. The objective of this research seeks to highlight and analyze that it is possible to come up with forceful solutions that can keep up with the same accelerated pace as the continuous innovation of these technologies. The methodology that makes up this article is related to the review of various expert sources in the area that serve as tools to note that cooperation and ethics are fundamental pillars to take control over the digital divide that each time is growing more and more. Aspects such as the care of intellectual property, the protection of creators and users, in addition to the high competitiveness present in the globalization between companies and other parties involved, make the importance of this new era significantly higher in relation to the benefits and consequences that will come to create the new and future AI and telecommunications worldwide. It will be strategic to consider solutions that will constantly lead to opportunities for widespread growth in commerce, but so far how has it impacted us and what has happened? Artificial Intelligence and telecommunications offer a wide range of opportunities to continue the development and growth of trade in the world, merging to provide results that facilitate relations between countries.
