Diagnosis of the training-learning of the oral system in the law degree

The oral system is essential to the administration of justice. It is a cross-cutting and interdisciplinary component of substantive knowledge in the education of law students. It is also a necessary skill for law graduates and their subsequent professional performance. This research aimed to review the teaching-learning process of oral procedure in law school, analyze its contents, tools, pedagogical strategies, and teaching techniques, applied to the teaching-learning of the oral system, in the curriculum, and during undergraduate academic training. The methodological approach is bimodal, quantitative and qualitative. It is a documentary and field study using interview and survey techniques with law students and professors. The research yielded practical and theoretical findings on the teaching-learning of the Oral Procedural System.
