Instructions to authors

Sapiens Discoveries International Journal (SDIJ) is a biannual scientific journal, published by Sapiens Ediciones, which publishes original research in multiple disciplines, ranging from the exact sciences to the applied sciences. The journal covers topics in areas such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, earth sciences, technology, social sciences, education and humanities.
SDIJ welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews and case studies that represent relevant contributions in both theoretical and practical dimensions.

Initial Manuscript Evaluation
All manuscripts submitted to SDIJ undergo a preliminary editorial review, carried out by a member of the Editorial Board. In this initial phase, aspects such as thematic appropriateness to the journal's focus, language quality, overall structure of the manuscript, relevance of figures and tables, and plagiarism detection using specialised tools are evaluated.
Only manuscripts that meet these minimum criteria advance to the double-blind peer review process.

Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted exclusively through the official electronic platform of the journal. Authors should use the Microsoft Word template provided by SDIJ, available for download on their website. Files in .doc or .docx format are accepted.
Hard copy or direct email submissions are not accepted.
Submission Requirements
At the time of submission, authors should be sure to include:
- The manuscript adapted to the official journal template.
- A cover letter detailing how the article aligns with SDIJ's thematic focus and summarising the main contributions of the research.
- The authorship contribution statement, available for download on the journal's website.
- A proposal of at least five potential reviewers, experts in the subject area of the manuscript, with a PhD degree and at least five recent publications in indexed journals. SDIJ reserves the right to consider or not the suggested reviewers.
The manuscript must be an original work, not previously published or simultaneously submitted for review in another journal.
